Dr. Dean Radtke travels all over the world ministering biblical truths in a unique way to leaders. After decades of experience in the corporate world God dealt with his heart to give the rest of his life to teaching and training leaders in the Church.

If you have ever wondered how to implement a true discipleship process in your church, how to build teams and train leaders these workshops are for you.  As a leader you will have new hope on how to fulfill the vision God has put in your heart.

The Basic Workshop is the foundation of the successful, biblical system Dr. Radtke teaches.  Every CEO, Pastor and Main Leader may attend this seminar with his or her leaders.  Through many visual examples, you will learn to understand and implement the system.  

Usually the Advanced Partner Forum is open to Dr. Radtke's Partners only.  Due to this special event, Partners may attend with 5 of their main leaders.  In this Forum, specific questions will be examined and Dr. Radtke can expand on case studies in more detail.  An opportunity to partner with P4P will be given.

If you have come to a CEO & Leaders Workshop before but haven't become a Partner there is still time.  If you have attended a Basic workshop but have not yet become a partner and would like one more look to decide please feel welcome to come.
